Ring Top Flat Bottom Rail Or Picket Bottom Rail Our ring top is available in available in either extra heavy 19mm aluminium tube or galvanised alloy structural steel. A firm favourite over the decades, we updated the “Ring” aspect of this fence to a “Flat Ring” giving this fence a more contemporary and robust look. With the Flat Bottom Rail, the pickets finish flush on both the top and bottom rails to form an eye pleasing modern form. For people with an eye for the traditional railing form we also offer these ring top fences with Picket Bottom Rail where the pickets are punched through the lower rail.
